About Treatment

We offer not only chiropractic adjustments, but also soft tissue works, including Active Release Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), as well as taping, exercises, and nutritional advice as needed. Through communication with our clients, we provide
treatments to individual needs and adjust them based on their current physical condition and health status at each session.

Adjustment

Chiropractic originated in the United States and is now legalized as a healthcare profession in over 40 countries including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. It is embraced by people of all ages, from children to the elderly. Chiropractic care is particularly well-suited for individuals who are active in sports such as golf, marathons, and baseball, and many athletes both domestically
and internationally receive chiropractic treatment.
The central nervous system, which is connected to the brain, primarily controls the human body. Based on the theory that improvement in the functioning of the nervous system leads to natural improvement in health along with symptom relief, chiropractic care focuses on ensuring proper communication between the brain and the body.

Active Release Technique & Neuromuscular Reeducation

This technique, developed primarily for athlete care, involves applying pressure to specific muscles or soft tissues while actively moving them (by the patient) based on anatomical knowledge to relieve tension. It is a method that can be expected to relieve pain and improve range of motion.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization(IASTM)

Muscle and Connective Tissue Flexibility Enhancement: Stimulating tissues with tools is expected to improve the flexibility and extensibility of muscles and connective tissues. Promotion of Blood Circulation: Sensory stimulation applied to tissues through IASTM is expected to increase blood flow, leading to improved nutrient and oxygen supply. Reduction of Inflammation: Properly performed IASTM may reduce inflammation and alleviate tension.

Proprioceptive Training

This is a training method aimed at enhancing the ability to accurately perceive the sensations that detect the position and movement of the body. It plays a crucial role in controlling movement by utilizing receptors and sensory organs within the body, such as joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to grasp the body’s position.

Mobilization

This method involves gently applying gradual pressure to move the joints, aiming to improve joint mobility. It is commonly used for seniors, individuals who are apprehensive about adjustments, or those who respond well to gentle treatments.

Kinesiology Taping

Depending on the symptoms and the individual’s lifestyle, we may apply taping. This can be effective for conditions such as sprains, knee and wrist pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and bruising for anti-inflammatory purpose.

Exercise and Diet Advice

We provide exercises that can be done at home, posture guidance, and dietary advice tailored to the individuals’ symptoms and skeletal structure.
